I’m a degree qualified Naturopath, a dad, and someone who’s deeply passionate about health, movement, music, and helping people feel good in their bodies and lives.

I am a country boy at heart, and am currently based here in Brisbane, Australia, and practicing out of the Health Shop’s at Aspley Hypermarket and Westfield Chermside.

A bit more about me...

• I’m a 2/4 Manifesting Generator in Human Design, which means I’m here to respond to life with energy and passion, and I’m a natural hermit that also thrives with connection and community.

• I’m also a Scorpio, so yes - I feel things deeply, am quite intense, and I don’t shy away from the real stuff.

• I love resistance training, catching a sunrise when I can, and playing music or guitar – they keep me grounded and connected.
